• Can I have a Tour of the Spa?
In consideration of other Guests we regrettably cannot show you around the Spa when activities and services are taking place; please contact Spa Reception in advance to enquire about suitable times to book an appointment for a tour.
• How do I make a Spa Appointment?
Hotel Guests may call the Spa from their bedroom by dialing 1900 and asking for Spa Reservations or by visiting the Spa Reception who will be more than happy to assist you in selecting your treatment. If you are not resident in the hotel please call +48 58 767 1900. In case of selecting a multiply offer – rooms, gastronomy, Spa – please call Sales Department +48 (58) 767 1670. In case of group reservations we need to charge your credit card for 100% payment.
• What if I have Health Considerations?
Please notify the Receptionist before booking your appointment if you have any medical concerns, if you have had a recent operation, are pregnant or currently undergoing medical treatment of any kind.
The most common contraindication:
Pregnancy/ High/Low Blood Presure/ Collapse or Dizziness/ Migraine lub Headaches/ Epilepsy/ Diabetes/ Heart disease/ Problems with breathing or Lung Disease/ Thyroid/ Allergy/ Wounds or Ulcers/ Athlete’s Foot/ Claustrophobia/ Varicose Veins/ Eczema/ Burns/ Abrasion/ Surgery in the last 12 months
• How would I change or cancel an Appointment?
We require 24 hours notice for cancelling or changing appointments or the full cost of the appointment will be charged. If your cancellation is prior to the 24 hour period before your booking cancellation is not available and you will be fully charged.
In case of cancelling or changing group appointments in order to have full refund, you are asked to inform Spa Reception at least 14 days before the booked reservation. In case of cancelation group appointments 7 days before, The Spa at Sheraton Sopot will charge you 50% of the price. In case of cancelling group appointments in less than 7 days, The Spa at Sheraton Sopot will fully charge your card.
• Can I buy Gift Vouchers?
The Spa has carefully created a range of thoughtful gift options that make fabulous presents. Gift Vouchers can be selected from the Spa Journeys section within this Menu and purchased at Spa Reception by completing an enquiry form at www.en.sheratonsopotspa.pl or by calling us on +48 58 767 1900.
• When should I arrive ?
To maximize the benefit and pleasure from your visit we would strongly recommend you arrive 15 – 30 minutes prior to your appointment time and earlier if you have booked the Spa Experience and would like to enjoy the facilities before your treatment. On your first visit to the Spa at Sheraton Sopot you will be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire.
• What if I am late for my appointment?
We will do our best to accommodate you but out of courtesy to our other Guests we cannot extend your treatment time if it would affect the start time for another Guest’s treatment.
• What should I wear or bring with me to the Spa?
General – You are strongly recommended not to bring jewellery or any other valuables to the Spa. Your jewellery safety will be your responsibility. Safe deposit boxes are available at the SPA reception and are monitored. We strongly recommend that you store all your valuables there. Robes, slippers & towels are provided for Guests using Spa treatments.
Spa Experience & Swimming Pool – If you are staying in the hotel we would recommend you come to the Spa in your bathrobe. Swimwear is required in the Pool and throughout your stay at the Spa Experience.
• Can I change the Comfort Levels during my Treatment?
Most definitely! This is your time and we want you to enjoy it to the fullest. If you are too hot or too cold, the volume of music in your treatment room is too high, or you would like more or less massage pressure, please immediately make this known to your therapist.
• Does The Spa at Sheraton Sopot have any Rules and Regulations?
Since we make the comfort and safety of our hotel Guests and external clients, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- The only area of the Spa open for children under the age of 16 is the swimming pool. Children may use the pool only under an adult’s supervision and between the hours of 10:00am – 10:00pm.
- Please do not use personal stereos, cameras or mobile phones
- No smoking within the Spa
- No food or alcohol may be brought into the Spa
- Using the Spa while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed
- No jumping, diving or running in the Spa at any time
- Please respect the Silence signs
• How do I pay?
Hotel Guests may charge Spa services and purchases to their hotel room account and settle upon departure from the Hotel by providing a valid credit card at check in. If you are not a resident you are requested to pay for services upon arrival at the Spa; alternatively upon presentation of a valid credit card you may charge services and purchases to your day account and settle upon departure. We would ask that you check your bill at the Spa Reception before leaving the Spa. If you fail to do this your credit card will automatically be billed according to our records.
• Do you have a tipping policy?
No service charge or gratuities are added to your bill. If you are happy with the service provided and would like to show your appreciation you are most welcome to do so personally or to add a gratuity amount to your bill, for which there is a fair distribution system in place.
