Terms & Conditions

General Spa rules:

  1. Neither the Company, the Management nor the employees or agents of the Company or the Management shall be liable for any losses, damages or theft of personal property belonging to the Member or any other Guests occurring upon the Spa premises. Every Guest must take care of his/her personal property. If personal property is left unattended, it must be in a secured locker or in the case of specified valuables left in the Spa safe.
  2. Neither the Company or the Management or any employee or agent of the Company or Management shall be responsible for any death or injury occurring upon the Spa premises or as a result of the use of facilities and/or equipment provided by the Spa, except to the extent that such death or personal injury arises from any negligent act or omission of the Company, the Management or any agent or employee of the Company or the Management.
  3. All Spa Guests entering the Spa should confirm that they represent good physical condition and that he/she is capable of engaging in active or passive exercise and use of the Spa facilities and treatments and that such participation would not be detrimental to his/her health, safety, comfort or physical condition. Guests are strongly advised to undergo a medical check up prior to participating in any fitness activity or using any of the Spa’s heat facilities.
  4. Opening Hours
    The Spa’s regular operating hours of operation can be altered by Management. The Management reserves the right to change, at their complete discretion, the hours of operation of all parts of the Spa. Any or all of the facilities may be closed, without prior notice, for emergency cleaning, repairs and maintenance as well as building works, major decoration, public holidays or special functions. All areas of the Spa must be vacated before the scheduled closing time. Quarter to 10pm all Guests should leave Spa Experience and go to the changing room.• Management of the Sheraton Sopot Hotel announces dates of planned renovations or events that take place at The Spa. That is to be displayed on designated Notice Boards. The Spa is closed on every first Monday of month, unless specified otherwise.• Sheraton Sopot Hotel Management have the right to close the Spa up to 15 days in row during a year. If the closing time exceeds 14 days in a row that will cause proper adjustments in Membership fees. Membership paid in advance for a year will be extended for a number of days that The Spa was closed.
  5. 24 hours notice is required for cancelling appointments or the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
  6. Lockers are not safety deposit boxes and are used at the Guest’s own risk. All items must be removed from the locker prior to Guest’s departure from the Spa – Management reserves the right to open lockers when the Spa closes, removing any items found in the lockers. They are to be stored in Spa Reception for 3 days.
  7. Car parking in front of The Spa at Sheraton Sopot as well as the garage parking spaces belong to third party operators which charge parking fee. The Spa is not responsible for any losses or theft.
  8. Spa Guests must be 16 or over. No transistor radios, personal stereos, cameras or mobile telephones to be used within any internal or external areas of the Spa, with the exception of personal stereos in the Gym. Please switch of your cell phone and leave it in the safe place.
  9. Smoking is prohibited.
  10. Spa Visitors are not allowed to:
    • use any of The Spa facilities or treatments under drugs or alcohol influence,
    • distribute any kind of alcohol or drugs,
    • use any glass dishes,
    • bring in pets,
    • behave in such a manner as to jeopardize the safety and health of himself/herself and others,
    • take any of The Spa equipment outside of the premises.
  11. Please conduct all conversations at levels consistent with a relaxing Spa environment.
  12. After shaving make sure that razors are not left behind in The Spa complex. Spa Visitors are not allowed to dispose used razors, razor blades into the trash.
  13. The Spa Members are requested to leave bathrobes and baskets in their lockers. Other Guests are requested to bring baskets back to the Spa Reception.
  14. Spa Visitors are obligated to wear proper and complete attire during their visit in The Spa.
  15. During winter all Spa Visitors are asked to change their shoes in the cloakroom in front of the Spa Reception. No outdoor shoes should be worn on The Spa premises.
  16. All Guests visiting The Spa for the first time are required to fill in the health questionnaire.
  17. Spa Visitors with diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure should first consult their doctor. All Spa Visitors should not use the any form of heat treatment when using anticoagulants, antihistamines, beta blockers or tranquillizers.
  18. Always shower before using pool facilities and between heat rooms.
  19. If you notice any irregularities or security breaches, please inform Spa Management as soon as possible.
  20. Sheraton Sopot Hotel is not liable for damages due to failure to observe the above regulations.

Pool Rules:

  1. No running or diving in the pool area.
  2. All Spa Experience Guests are asked to wear Anti Slip Slippery shoes. Available at Spa Reception.
  3. Activities in the pool may be held only in the presence of a swimming instructor or a lifeguard.
  4. Lifeguards are responsible for the operation of the pools. Their instruction must be followed at all times. Should a disagreement arise, Guests are advised to contact the Spa Manager.
  5. Swimming pool is one and only area available in Spa for children under 16 years of age. Entering the pool must be directly supervised at poolside by an adult in swim attire at all times. The pool is available for children under the age of 12 from 10am – 8pm (10am – 10pm Sat – Sun) . Parents or guardians are kindly requested to observe these hours in respect to other Guests. The pool is available for children above 13 years old in regural opening hours (7am – 10pm daily).

Hydropool Rules:

  1. Enter the Hydropool using the ladder and the rail.
  2. Any person known or suspected of carrying infectious disease shall not use the Hydropool.
  3. When using the Hydropool observe a reasonable time limit. A maximum of ten minutes is recommended. Shower and cool down, if you wish, return for another brief stay. Long exposures may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.
  4. No running in the Hydropool area.
  5. Appropriate swim wear must be worn in the Hydropool at all times.
  6. All Spa Experience Guests are asked to wear Anti Slip Slippery shoes. Available at Spa Reception.
  7. Pregnant women should not use the Hydropool.

Saunas Rules:

  1. Elderly or pregnant women and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, and high or low blood pressure should not use the sauna.
  2. When using Saunas observe a reasonable time limit. 10 minutes or until perspiration begins is recommended. Shower and cool down and if you wish, return for another brief stay.
  3. Remove your jewelry before entering the sauna. Always sit on the towel provided.
  4. All Spa Experience Guests are asked to wear Anti Slip Slippery shoes. Available at Spa Reception.
  5. Using essential oils and fragrances bouquets in saunas is prohibited.
  6. It is prohibited to dry towels and personal belongings in the saunas.
  7. Use the towels provided to cover your body when using the saunas.

Fitness Rules:

  1. Appropriate attire must be worn at all times whilst exercising. Dirty sports shoes or shoes with black soles are not allowed in any areas of the Spa. In accordance with health and safety guidelines, towels must be used whilst carrying out exercise. The removal of tops is strictly prohibited in the Gym and Fitness Studio.
  2. Please wipe down and put away any equipment used during workout.
  3. Presence of at least 3 Guests is required for the classes to take place. Please sign for the classes at the Spa Reception.
  4. Permanent classes are marked with blue, bold font on the schedule. These classes are the only activities that take place regardless of the number of persons present.
  5. Sheraton Sopot Hotel Management have right to cancel classes at designated times while informing the Spa Members and other Spa Visitors by email or phone.
